GLASGOW Green's Playhouse: STATUS QUO
Their transition from middle-of-the-road pop to hard rock was a calculated risk, which has proved ruinous for many other groups. The fact that they succeeded so admirably must qualify them for the title "Success Story of the Year". To mark their new-found reputation, they're playing a lengthy tour lasting into April.
