DEBBIE ASH AND RICK PARFITT
Status Quo's Rick Parfitt lives with Debbie Ash who works as a model and used to be in Hot Gossip (her sister's Lesley Asb). They've been together for over 18 months and live in London with Debbie's young daughter, Candy.
"Rick has always accepted that I've got my own career and I think that's important. It giver us more to talk about and not just what I did around the house or who I bumped into in the supermarket.
"My time with Hot Gossip means I understand his lifestyle. I'm used to living out of a suitcase and going from one hotel to another so I don't find it at all boring.
We haven't been apart for any length of time yet as I always try and go on tour with Rick. I don't have any hassle with the fans. Obviously, there are always the girls who ring up and say "I'm Rick's friend' or they keep knocking on the door. We also get cranky letters but they go straight into the bin. Obviously, we've got to trust each other otherwise we'd drive ourselves insane.
When we're both at home relaxing we like to cook and eat. Rick thinks I'm a great cook... he loves my Heinz Spaghetti on toast. I can't really cook anything elaborate so it's a good job he likes basic things. Rick can rustle up a marvellous curry. I think he finds it relaxing to set the kitchen on fire.
"I suppose Rick's quite romantic. He sometimes buys me flowers but only every now and then. That's what makes it so nice. If he did it all the time it world be awful.

Living with a pop star is hard work... but it's fun. I love going to Quo concerts. I didn't really know much about the group before I met Rick, but he's educated me on that score now. I wouldn't say Quo are my favourite group but I've learnt a lot about them.
When we're both not working we like to take my daughter Candy out. I also go to Crystal Palace Football Club as Rick supports them. He also likes cricket. When it comes to touring I leave Candy at home. It wouldn't be fair on her as she's got a great routine at home and I wouldn't want to upset that."
