COMPLETELY POINTLESS. Another metal anthology is not what we need, especially one as bad as this. Contains nothing that any self-respecting metal fan won't know already, and wastes space on defunct outfits such as Zeppelin and Quo which would have been better used on newer bands.

The 'New Wave Of British Heavy Metal' chapter features such well known exponents as Marillion and Girlschool. If this is your sort of reading matter, there are far better books on metal around at the mo'. Smells disturbingly of someone making a fast buck.
