STATUS QUO have emphasised that they are not splitting up after their farewell tour this summer. As made clear in the news story last week, the band will continue to record and release albums and singles. They are simply ceasing live performances.
The break-up stories were caused by the Daily Mirror and the Sun getting hold of the wrong end of the facts.
Tickets for Quo's last tour went on sale last weekend with queues forming overnight at London's Hammersmith Odeon.
