New Quo to debut in Ireland
STATUS QUO will kick off their 20th anniversary world tour with a series of Irish dates next month. They will mark the first appearances of new drummer Pete Kircher, who has replaced founder member John Coghlan.
He's also featured on the band's new single 'Dear John', which is released by Phonogram this weekend. An album, simply called '1982', comes out next month.
The Irish dates are at Cork City Hall April 15. Galway Leisureland 16, Castlebar Royal Ballroom 17, Dublin Navan Exhibition Centre 18, Belfast Antrim Forum 19-20.
Tickets are now on sale from Pat Egan (Dublin and Cork), Sounds Around (Dublin), Star Records (Galway and Cork), Zhivago (Galway), Downtown Records (Castlebar and Longford), Discoland (Navan), Harrison's (Belfast) and Forum (Antrim).
