Quo heard but not seen
AS A Quo freak when I saw that they were on the Daily Mirror Pop Awards on telly, I thought great some Quo at last.
We don't receive Granada too well here, but when they came on it was like looking through a black ckurtain. Once or twice, I caught a glimpse of the band through a diamond lens, then what I presume to be a colour filter came on and blocked it out. Then came the really fancy bit, Quo in negative.
Thinking it was the reception I changed channels to H.T.V. later that evening when it was repeated. It was a bit clearer but not much.
Why, why must we have all this called fantastic camera work? I would have liked to have seen as well as heard Quo. - Chris, Corwen, Clwyd.
