Quo's biggest blows
STATUS QUO have a greatest hits album called 'Twelve Gold Bars' released by Phonogram this weekend. The album, which contains 'Rockin' All Over The World' , 'Down Down', 'Caroline', 'Paper Plane', 'Break The Rules', 'Again And Again', 'Mystery Song', 'Roll Over Lay Down', 'Rain', 'Wild Side Of Life', 'Whatever You Want', and 'Living On An Island', will be TV-advertised.
The band have had to postpone their planned world tour until the autumn because of Rick Parfitt's cartilege problems. But drummer John Coghlan is reforming Diesel with Bob Young, Jackie Lynton, Mick Moody, Andy Bown and Dave Markee and following gigs in the Channel Islands next week they'll be playing half a dozen or so British gigs which should be announced next week.
Quo will begin recording their next studio album in May for September release.
