3rd - Announcement of new Francis Rossi AAA limited edition book

A new book by Francis was announced on 3rd March. It's another expensive "coffee table" offering, with this one being a limited edition of 2000 signed copies. The press release follows.

Francis chipped in a short comment on the 1982 episode of Channel 5's series "Britain's Favourite 80s Songs", bizarrely talking about the song "Save Your Love" performed by duo Renée and Renato!

Rhino gave an entertaining hour-long interview on the SCE Live podcast, published on their YouTube channel on 25th March. A very broad range of topics were discussed and Rhino seemed happy and in good form.

29th - Release of John Coghlan's Quo double A-side CD single, "Lockdown"/"No Return"

John Coghlan's Quo released a double A-side CD single on 29th March, featuring their COVID-related song "Lockdown" backed with a new song, "No Return".

The press release from JCQ's record label, Barrel & Squidger, follows.

"It's a first physical release for "Lockdown" - the thundering, rifftastic monster hit that has notched up over 150,000 video views to date and topped Classic Rock magazine's "Tracks Of The Week" poll.

It is paired with "No Return", the brand new driving single once again recalling the authentic, no-nonsense rocking sound of mid-70s Quo.

The CD comes housed in a card picture slipcase. Release date 29 March 2021.

29th - John Coghlan interview on ITV London News (UK)

John Coghlan gave a short interview in ITV London News on 29th March, to coincide with the physical CD release of the "Lockdown" single. John looked good and became quite emotional when talking about the impact that COVID-related lockdowns had had on him and the band. The interview can be seen here.
