5th - Princess Diana Memorial Concert article in the Daily Mirror (UK)

The following short article, in the "3am" column, appeared in the UK's Daily Mirror newspaper on April 5th, seeming to confirm that Quo will appear at the Princess Diana Memorial Concert at Wembley in July.

"It's perhaps the shortest campaign we've ever run, but our plea to get Status Quo on the bill of the concert for Diana has not fallen on deaf ears. After pointing out there's no show without the Quo yesterday, we hear the wrinkly, denim clad rockers WILL play the Wembley stadium show on 1st July."
